Fact Five - Jerry Springer
For all I bitch about the crap that's on television..
Fact Five: I love Jerry Springer. I need my daily Springer fix.
I'm loving the new season, it's gone back to being funny. The Jerry Springer show is my guilty pleasure and if I lived in Chicago I'd probably be a regular at the tapings.
I can't help it, no matter how horrid the people are on for the day I will watch with my eyes glued to the whole show and giggle like a moronic schoolgirl.
It's hard to imagine some of the guests are for real but I don't care, it's 60 minutes of brainless entertainment that's really no worse than some sitcoms or soapy dramas.
Viva la Springer!

True story:
My friend Chad called the Springer show screeners up pretending he was me and told them that I had a secret crush on a man.
They called me back to be on the show.
I said “I didn’t make that phone call”
The screener asked me if I knew someone who would do such a thing, and I said I did.
She then asked if it was possible that Chad had a crush on me, and would I like to go on the show to find out.
The answer: no.
If it had been a young hot stripper that had a crush on me, maybe.

That’s awesome, great story! No one’s ever done that to me yet, I’m not sure if I’m glad or wishing they would.
