It’s a Show. Not a Very Good One but a Show. Whoopee.
So I've got this radio show I've recently jumped hours with after two years of owning Wednesday nights.
It's not a very good show, I am not a very good host. We have enough hosts who actually work on production. I am not one of them anymore.
However, it does have a certain sort of weird appeal.
The time was changed so I could lure those crazy MUDders from other countries to come listen.
It seems to have worked. Two weeks ago when I did the show we had listeners in the chat room from:
America
Canada
Finland
Romania
Germany
Australia
The Netherlands
Egypt
Sweden
It was pretty insane, I was playing music from all over the world as I got it. Some of it was awesome (Sabaton from Sweden) and there was one totally insane Dutch song that if I ever decided to drop acid I would want this crazy song playing. It was a musical lesson in multiculturalism!
The conversation was not rocket science. For the most part it was me making a fool of myself trying to pronounce names in other languages and learning to curse in as many languages as possible.
I'd like to extend an invitation to anyone reading this who might be interested in some international madness. Leave all common sense at the door and bring your pen and paper so you can copy down "suck my dick" in 9 different languages.
It's fun, it's weird, Dutch music is insane and once in a while something moderately intelligent sneaks in.
It's tomorrow, 2:30-5:00PM on Mojo Radio Live.
Hope to see you in the chat!
<-- Steal me!
