Preludes to Autumn
Today almost seemed like a direct answer to what I've been hoping for.
I have my winamp on random and it just jumped to 'crazy game of poker.' I haven't listened to that song in over 6 months, I forgot how happy it makes me feel.
It's an absolutely glorious day. It didn't cross over 70 and it's been light grey all day. The river is hardly moving and there's no need for AC, even for me. The big window open and the ceiling fan and it's wonderful in here.
There's been talk of a station meet-up, I don't know if I should be afraid or not.
'So I said Johnny whatcha doing tonight?
He looked at me with a face full of fright
And I said, how bout a revolution?
And he said right.'
I have a Johnny. Hey Johnny, how about a revolution in suburbia?
I feel really calm lately, like I've returned to being grounded and calm. There's chaos in all directions but right here in my place it's calm.
There's so freaken' much I need to be doing. I've got a giant to do list of summer crap all in prep for Autumn. I've missed my mark the past 2 Autumns, not this year. This year I will be ready.
My creativity is bored. I'm looking to you to help remedy this, Dr. Frank. Hear that noise? That's my creativity looking for a Guru once again.
'Oh what a night,
you know I didn't even know her name
but I was never gonna be the same.
What a lady, what a night..'
A thousand years ago I was a child who thought I was the coolest thing alive because I could do the hustle to that song.
Do the hustle!
I've been asked to post last night's show. Why do people always like the ones where I think I sound like a moron?
It's never too late to say sorry. I re-learned that this week. Doesn't matter what the other person thinks, it can still be said.
'no woman, no cry..'
Lacrimosa - Very nice. Tilo Wolf - Very nice. People ask what makes a Kittyn go mrowr? Tilo Wolf.

Hello, Mr. Wolf. Bring your amazingly hot li'l Swiss self here to New York, I've got cookies.
Even with the makeup on his cheek - oh...hell....yes.
I need to stop eating these Italian cookies. Like right now. They're so darn good though.
HI JAMES!
The longest day of the year is almost here. This makes me happy, once it's gone the nights can go back to getting longer, this extended daytime stuff does not work.
Walk away from the cookie, Kittyn.
Last week it was baked ziti. This week I'm cooking quiche, one with ham and one without.
Templeton has discovered sleeping with the mama. He doesn't wake me up when he curls up on the pillow but when I wake up he's there. There truly is nothing like waking up next to cat butt.
I feel kinda good right now.
That calls for a cookie.
<-- Steal me!
